9.3 CustomerCare.org does not guarantee that you will receive an acknowledgement or response from a Merchant or that you will be satisfied with your response.


9.4 You may cancel your account on our website at any time.

10.1 You may cancel your account at any time and your rights to use the service after the end date shall then cease.
